Welcome to MathMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MathMe application ("App", "Service"), available on iOS, Android, and Web.

By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MathMe on any platform (mobile or web), you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

MathMe is an educational app for training mental math skills, designed for users aged 7 and older. The app offers:

6 game modes: Practice, Standard Game, Arcade, Survival, Time Attack, and Duel (real-time multiplayer)
Adaptive AI difficulty system
Daily challenges with rewards
Achievement and gamification system
Detailed progress statistics
Cross-device sync (iOS, Android, Web)
Offline functionality (single-player modes)
13 language interfaces

3. Platforms

MathMe is available on:

iOS — via Apple App Store (iOS 14+)
Android — via Google Play Store (Android 6.0+)
Web — via browser at app.math-me.com

Features may vary slightly between platforms.

4. User Accounts

MathMe supports optional sign-in via Google or Apple accounts. By signing in, you enable:

Cross-device progress synchronization
Real-time Duel mode (multiplayer)
Profile and statistics persistence

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. MathMe does not store your Google or Apple password.

5. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Hack, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
Remove copyright notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Abuse the Duel system or use bots/automation

6. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users aged 7 and older. Children under 13 should use the App under parental or guardian supervision, especially when signing in with a social account or using Duel mode.

7. Pricing and Subscriptions

MathMe is free to use with all 6 game modes available at no cost. The free version includes non-intrusive advertisements.

A premium subscription may be offered in the future with benefits such as ad removal, unlimited hints, and premium analytics. Subscription terms will be communicated before purchase.

8. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not abuse, harass, or exploit other players in Duel mode
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Not interfere with the App's operation
Choose an appropriate, non-offensive nickname

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the App, including interface design, graphics, algorithms, and trademarks, belong to MTNT Solutions FZE and are protected by copyright laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, correction of all bugs, or specific educational outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTNT Solutions FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, loss of data, or inability to use the App.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms, App features, or pricing at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through an App update or website notice.

13. Termination

We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it or closing your browser session.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, then submitted to courts in Sharjah, UAE.
